Along with capturing accurate data in the field Brilliant utilizes cloud-based technology to allow our offices to see real time data using WI-FI compatible GIS devices. Using this technique, we have the ability to show our clients up-to-the-minute data while field technicians are still onsite and make better faster decisions with real time data analysis.

Brilliant utilizes various resources at the Federal, State and Municipal level to acquire site specific GIS information. Brilliant also has our own dynamic library of GIS layers to present clients a broad spectrum of information as well as the capability to create our own project specific GIS data.
