Project Manager / Senior Geologist
Connor has over a decade of environmental investigation and remediation experience in the State of New Jersey working on public utility sites, regional and national transportation sites, as well as military and petroleum remediation. Connor provided site remediation projects at Joint Base Dix-McGuire-Lakehurst relative to the closure and environmental assessments of heating oil tanks and oil/water separators and in 2023 was the onsite Senior Field Technician in East Palestine, Ohio following the Norfolk Southern freight train derailment.
Connor, as Project Manager/Senior Geologist at Brilliant, will manage private petroleum clients, as well as perform environmental due diligence management and services, and with his USEPA/AHERA/NYSDOL Asbestos Inspector Certification, provide services as necessary for clients needs.
Connor is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Geology. Connor lives in Eatontown, NJ and can be found doing one of his endless list of hobbies from playing D&D, riding his motorcycle, hanging out with friends, going to the shooting range, skiing, at the beach, rock climbing, jujitsu, binging an audio book, or any other fun activity that he can do with his friends, family or girlfriend Ceilie.
Q: What year did you join Brilliant Environmental Services and what made you join Brilliant?
- A: 2026. I was looking for a company that had the small company feel, as I was tired of feel like just as a number on a spreadsheet.
Q: What has been the highlight of your career at Brilliant?
- A: TBD, so far getting off unemployment and having good medical benefits is pretty cool!
Q: What has been your biggest mistake at Brilliant.
- A: TBD, but if history has taught me anything my money is on cracking a screen to a YSI or Horiba display.
Q: What would be your goal for the 20th year of Brilliant?
- A: To expand my skills and branch into project management.

- A: This answer is always changing every week or so… so I’ll tell you my top 3 favorite series that I have read… Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan, The Stormlight Archive by Brandon Sanderson, and Dungeon Crawler Carl by Matt Dinniman.
