BES reviewed the remediation completed by the Township of Toms River, NJ to evaluate the property for Taking, including collecting soil samples to verify the Township’s data and present an independent estimate of cleanup costs. BES prepared the cost estimates and expert reports for review by all parties, and completed the remediation.
