Philip Brilliant Named Greater Toms River Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year
The Greater Toms River Chamber of Commerce (GTRCC) announced Brilliant as its 2026 Citizen of the Year as part of the organization’s Annual Awards honoring businesses and individuals who have made a significant impact on the local community.
The Chamber’s Annual Awards event will be held Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Argos Farm in Forked River, New Jersey.
