Philip I. Brilliant, CHMM, LSRP is the founder and president of Brilliant Environmental Services, LLC, a New Jersey environmental consulting and remediation firm serving residential, commercial, industrial, and public sector clients since 2006. With more than 30 years of experience, Phil specializes in site remediation, environmental due diligence, underground storage tanks, brownfield redevelopment, and regulatory compliance. He has served on New Jersey's Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board, co-founded Continuing Professional Education Services (CPES), and regularly educates environmental professionals throughout the state. Phil is passionate about helping property owners, developers, businesses, attorneys, and municipalities solve complex environmental challenges while giving back to the communities he serves.
